Return Policy

We want you to love your Pilly. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed

  • The item must be in its original condition

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, washing, damage, or alteration.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email help@pillythepillow.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide next steps and the return address.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment within a few business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your Pilly arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact help@pillythepillow.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
